Don’t Overload the Dumpster

Overloading the can will lead to an additional charge for driver delay and container dig-out. The can should not be filled above the top of the container and there should be no items hanging over the sides or sticking out of the can.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

If the can has anything extending above the garbage dumpster wall height, the material must be rearranged to be safely and legally hauled. It is the client’s responsibility to remove or rearrange garbage until it is legal to haul. If the roll off is overfilled when Rock & Roll Off comes to service your can, this trip will be unproductive and expensive for you. A dry run fee of $ 80.00 will be charged for not being able to collect the can on the agreed date.

When overfilled garbage falls out on the roads it can:

  • Hit Other Motorists,
  • Cause Accidents,
  • Damage Property
  • Possibly Injuring or Even Kill Individuals.

It is your responsibility to guarantee that all garbage is below the wall height and securely contained within the can. It is for these same reasons that you are required to ensure the rear doors are fully locked at the top and bottom so that no debris falls out while traveling down the road or in any other situation.

Other reasons that we may charge a dry run fee: If a can cannot be picked-up, or dropped-off for the following reasons:

  • Overweight container
  • Debris filled above roll off wall height
  • Cars or any items blocking access to pick up or drop off a can
  • Low power lines or tree branches
  • Inaccessible driveways or parking lots due to locked gates or any other reason
